Sent messages out regarding replacement of a wall furnace. Chad notified me quickly and provided me with a very fair quote. He was able to come out quickly and the job was done in a timely manner. The whole transaction was wonderful, and nice to be working with a honest person. I highly recommend Carter heat and air.

Chad has always been the most clean and attention to detail oriented person, and he brings that mentality to his career. I recommended his business to a relative and they were so thrilled to have a top notch job done at their house, along with them leaving a clean job behind. You wouldn't have known anybody had worked on the house, aside from the pristine job they completed. It's always a relief to know when you recommend a company to trusted friends or family, that they do a great job, and I will forever trust Carter Heating and Air. I will continue to send them anybody's way who needs HVAC work done.

I would highly recommend Chad!! I was so impressed with the quick response and his expertise & knowledge of exactly what needed to be done to fix our AC. He did a thorough and professional job and we will definitely be calling him in the future to maintain our AC/Heating. So glad we found this great company!

During this past period of oven-like temps, my a/c died. I got in touch with Nathan yesterday--he said he was slammed with appointments, but that he'd be in my area with other work and if he found himself available, he'd give me a call. Nathan called me at 2:59. I hurried home and met him at the house at 3:15. He went around back while I turned the a/c on. He took one look inside the unit, and said, "Aha! I know exactly what's wrong." It was a burned out capacitor. He went to his truck, came back with a new one, installed it and my old a/c unit worked like a charm. We chatted for a few minutes--he's very knowledgeable and personable--and I wrote him a check for a very reasonable amount. He talked with me a bit more about air conditioning units and repair versus replacement, then was back in his truck and on his way at 3:35. Unbelievable that so much was accomplished in 20 minutes. I VERY HIGHLY RECOMMEND Carter Heat & Air and plan to use them from this point forward.

I called Carter Heat & Air yesterday and they were out to my house in less than 24 hours (which is AMAZING because of the current heatwave). When I spoke with Chad via phone, he walked me through how to shut off the compressor outside in order to avoid damage to the unit--which is something I was asking other AC companies as I called around and nobody was willing to help. John called before coming to our home and fixed the unit quickly, showed me the parts he replaced and explained why they needed to be replaced, and even went above and beyond and replaced the air filters inside (we already had the filters, he switched them out). Our back rooms don't get the same airflow as other areas of the house, so he also recommended new registers and showed me how to replace them since it's quite easy. The prices were fair and they were here within the time frame provided. I definitely recommend them and think they deserve 5 stars! Thanks, John!

Chad and his crew are outstanding! My brother needed an emergency repair/replacement and Chad called back immediately, came to assess the situation, and was able to have materials and a team out the next day. They were efficient, professional and did the job for less than other companies had quoted us a year before. In addition to replacing the unit, they listened to what my brother's complaints/concerns were with keeping himself, house and office cool and then Carter Heat & Air fixed every concern. They added vents to the places he likes to sit to work and watch tv. There was no hassle - no furniture had to be moved, no mess was made by Chad and his team. Chad knows his stuff. He listens, he gives you options and then he makes it all happen quickly, with no disruption and at a great price. Carter Heat & Air made the process so easy and it was such a great price for my brother that we had them over to look at our system. Again, Chad listened to our concerns and needs and delivered the perfect system for us! Once again, no dirty fingerprints on the paint, no scratched floors, no dust... none of the negative things that so often come with renovations/home projects. Chad and his team are professional and personable - we enjoyed having them and appreciated their hard work and fair price.

I had a great experience with Carter heating and air. We had multiple units to install, and they were very efficient and so respectful. You could tell they have been doing this a long time. Very good at what they do. The owner Chad was great and truly cares about his work. You won't be disappointed if you use this company.

My realtor got me in contact with Carter air to address some hvac issues. They knew I was in need of quick service and they came to my home within a couple hours. They gave me a fair price for the hvac issue and noticed two other additional items that needed to be fixed. After a short while, all my initial issues were resolved as well as things they spotted that I had no idea about. The prices were fair and the the work performed greatly exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend these guys!

These guys are awesome. They came out the same day we called. Which is like unheard of in this business. Worked for two hours straight, keeping us informed of what they were doing the entire time and even took pictures for us so we could see their progress. Prices were actually below what we thought we would pay since our house is so old. I highly recommend these guys. Not only did they do a great job but they were very respectful and informative.

Carter Heating and Air just finished removing all my old Heat/Air Ducting replacing it with new plus at my request adding a register. The were on time, explained all the work and got it done on time. They removed and hauled away all the old ducting and cleaned up the area. All in the same day. They were friendly and professional and well worth the minimal cost. I would highly recommend them.
